• HOW: Aged 11 months in 100% French oak barrels: 40% new, 20% 1 year & 40% seasoned. 2007 vintage data stated whole berry fermentation: 4 day cold soak, 16 days on skins. Unfined and unfiltered.

We hipsters usually shun bandwagons, but our desire to espouse our opinion was stronger. So, we grabbed our glasses, hopped on the good foot and summarized our favorite wine experiences of 2009.
